If we're coming off the "Steroid Era," or "Doping Era," for many sports - baseball, track and field, cycling - are we entering the "Litigation/Judicial Era"? Consider - All of the following have either been in court or in front of Congress sometime in the last five years for either criminal or civil reasons, much of which has had an impact on how the athlete and his/her career is being perceived
