To call Vrabel classless over just calling Shula, who couldn't even stick to his guns for more than two days, is a little over the top and pandering to his audience.

That said, yeah, nice to see the fourth estate noting the same ideas.Kevin Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08172648739434861401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9584461.post-89695316240829639722007-11-10T17:20:00.000-05:002007-11-10T17:20:00.000-05:00http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=...http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20071109/COLUMNISTS01/711090434/1004/SPORTS

Read this column. But I think you've taken the best angle made the best argument. In the grand scheme of things, is this really any worse than any of the other violations you mentioned? That said, it seems that the Patriots - not the Jets or anybody else - are the real victims. Were any of these other teams penalized for their actions other than the '71 Dolphins having to forfeit a draft pick? It doesn't appear so. Yet, the Patriots are fined a total of $750,000 and forced to surrender a first-rounder.sugarshane024https://www.blogger.com/profile/15453663164025204074noreply@blogger.com
